Lemon Bars
Crust Ingredients:
- 1 3/4 Cups All Purpose Flour
- 1/4 Cup Cornstarch
- 1/2 Cup White Sugar
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Cup (2 Sticks) of Butter
Crust Directions:
- Line a 9x13 baking dish with foil & spray with non-stick cooking spray.
- Whisk together flour, cornstarch, sugar, and salt.
- Cube the butter and cut it into the flour mixture until crumbly and coming together.
- Press the dough into the baking dish in one flat layer.
- Bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes until slightly golden brown.
Filling Ingredients:

- 1 1/2 Cup White Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Flour
- 4 Large Eggs
- 1/2 Cup Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
Filling Directions:
- Whisk together flour and sugar. Add eggs and lemon juice until combined.
- Pour the filling over the crust and put it back in the oven.
- Bake at 350°F for about 20 minutes or until the filling is set. Let it cool, then you can refrigerate.
- Sift powdered sugar on top.
Tip: Use a damp knife to cut the bars to avoid sticking, enjoy!
