Protein-Packed Pancakes


Ingredients:


  • 2 Cups Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Eggs
  • Drizzle of vanilla
  • 2 Cups Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • Whole milk, to preferred consistency

  • Directions


  • Mix the first three ingredients until combined
  • then add the next three ingredients
  • Use whole milk to achieve your desired batter consistency
  • Pan fry like normal pancakes-- but with extra protein!
