Protein-Packed Pancakes
Ingredients:
2 Cups Greek Yogurt
2 Eggs
Drizzle of vanilla
2 Cups Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
Whole milk, to preferred consistency
Directions
Mix the first three ingredients until combined
then add the next three ingredients
Use whole milk to achieve your desired batter consistency
Pan fry like normal pancakes-- but with extra protein!
