Crawfish Dip Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 lb crawfish tails
- 1 stick of butter
- 1 yellow onion
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper
- 1/2 orange bell pepper
- 1/2 green bell pepper
- 16 oz (2 bricks) cream cheese
- Minced garlic
- Cayenne or paprika to taste
Directions
- Finely chop onion & bell peppers. Cook down with one stick of butter.
- Add chopped crawfish tails and garlic and cook for a couple more minutes.
- Add cream cheese slowly & let simmer for 30 minutes or longer until creamy and well-blended.
- Serve warm over crackers.
- You can also serve over pasta to make it a meal!
