Cobbler Recipe
Ingredients:
- Frozen, canned, or fresh fruit (enough to cover the bottom of your pan) White or yellow cake mix (enough to cover the top of the fruit)
- 1-2 sticks of melted butter
Optional
- Ice Cream
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Use butter or cooking spray to grease your pan, then cover the pan with fresh, canned, or fresh fruit. Drain any juices before adding.
- Cover the fruit with cake mix, then cover that with melted butter. DO NOT MIX!
- Bake for 40-50 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm with a scoop of ice cream on top!
