Shelby’s Shortcut: Cobbler Quick, delicious, and desserty!

Cobbler Recipe


Ingredients:


  • Frozen, canned, or fresh fruit (enough to cover the bottom of your pan) White or yellow cake mix (enough to cover the top of the fruit)
  • 1-2 sticks of melted butter

Optional


  • Ice Cream

Directions


  • Preheat oven to 375°.
  • Use butter or cooking spray to grease your pan, then cover the pan with fresh, canned, or fresh fruit. Drain any juices before adding.
  • Cover the fruit with cake mix, then cover that with melted butter. DO NOT MIX!
  • Bake for 40-50 minutes until golden brown.
  • Serve warm with a scoop of ice cream on top!
